West Bridge Education offers education to students, who have Special Education Need. David has worked in Education, since 2005 and worked in SEND, since 2018 giving him 20+ years of experience working with Student Education. David won, SME Business Award 2022, and 2023 with his tutoring. He was really happy with this award. David's Disability Confident Committed as well as being a member with Sunflower Disability Scheme. He is registered with ICO for the ( GDPR ) Data Protection, and a students information storage. David has been registered with the Tutors Association, since becoming SEND qualified in 2018.
Please note, David can tutor all students in Crewe. He does not just tutor, the SEND students. Each student deserves to have the best education possible, regardless the ability to learn. He will support the students as an individual, to make sure their individual needs are always met and do not feel left out, when it comes to learning. There are never two students who are the same. Every student learns at different levels, needing the different support with learning. He will work on all their strengths, and help them with their weakness. He has gained skills which can help support his students, when they're struggling with their education and learning.
David completed a wide range of Special Education Need training. David is fully trained in the ADHD, Autism + Dyslexia. He trained in Behaviour Management. He is that fully trained Youth Worker, in Crewe. David trained as a Family Support Worker. He also, fully Mental Health First Aid + Paediatric First Aid trained. He both CPR + AED trained with BHF. You can download the CV to get some more information, on training that he has done HERE He has got the full DBS disclosure, which can be supplied to both parents and guardians, when it is requested. David has got single caution on DBS, which dates back to 2004 . Caution can easily be explained for parents and guardians, and there is nothing else in this disclosure. We all make mistakes and this was an isolated mistake.
David can tutor, the wide range of subjects. He specialises in Maths + English but will educate the students with those subjects, they are currently studying, at their school. He will start that new tutoring subject Business Studies, in April 2026. This is designed for the college students who are studying at the local college in Crewe.
There is a range of nationalities living in Cheshire. David is now able to teach children + young adults along with their family the English language. There is NO charge with service, when it is added to the tutor session done with him in the students family home. He feels it's important to assist the local community, to allow them to fully interact with services in Crewe.
Sessions will normally take place in a child, and young adults, family home. However sessions can be at Crewe + Nantwich Libraries if this make tutor sessions easier for parents, guardians and students. The home tutor session will take place between 8am + 8pm. With sessions at a library during that daily current opening hours. David can tutor all year, however he can NOT tutor on Christmas Day + New Years Day. He can tutor students on the Bank Holiday.
The charge for 1 hour session is £20.00 with that double session £30.00 for 2026. David shall NOT charge for travel within CW1 Crewe. There will be a small travel charge to Nantwich. This charge will be £6.00 payable with that tutor session. He accepts payment with both cash, and through that bank payment. Bank details will be given to all parents and guardians during the tutor session. Cheque payment can be accepted, made out to David Tunnicliffe.
